There was a problem filtering reviews right now. Please try again later. Ten years ago, you could actually buy Intuit products and then update them as YOU saw fit.

Now, they have put both their commercial and consumer products on a subscription only basis at more than four times the cost and that cost gets repeated every year now. Please do not support this type of business model and look elsewhere for companies that actually try to help small businesses.

QuickBooks has turned into a crappy product. After contacting QuickBooks 4 times, spending over 3 hours on the phone, with different representatives, their suggestion was to return the Amazon version of QuickBooks which is what I will do. However, Amazon has no return feature with the download. Furthermore, the people at QB's don't know what they are selling, they don't know the products and then they don't know how to help.

Intuit has destroyed QuickBooks. No one likes a subscription model!! This year I was forced into a subscription rather than owning the use of the program and updating it every few years.
