Here is what happened - after the install I get a 2nd row of icons below file - view- list etc,. That is not all - this menu line sometimes turns into a light blue horizontal line under file - edit view - etc.

I never know what will come up when opening the company file - light or dark blue menu bar. I run 2 separate company files on 18 pro and until this r12 p update, both company files ran smooth not at the same time they have only the one icon line - file - edit - view etc. The other company file always has the 2nd light blue line below the file edit view icon line.

What happened after running the r12p update on windows 7 pc - I do not know, to cause this variation in the 2nd icon bar. Is there suppose to be a 2nd icon bar that has home - my computer - income tracker etc. Consider to upgrade your Win 7 first prior to troubleshoot your QuickBooks.
